At BLANK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't quite right, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they arrive safely.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
